新质生产力赋能区域污染减排:理论分析与实证检验OACHSSCD

New quality productivity is an advanced productivity form formed based on disruptive technological innovation,with the characteristics of high technology,high efficiency and high quality.According to the connotation of new quality productiv-ity,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of new quality productivity from the three dimensions of laborers,labor ob-jects and labor instruments,then measures the development level of new quality productivity in each region based on the panel da-ta of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2024,and finally analyzes its impact on pollution reduction.The results are shown as be-low:New quality productivity can not only directly promote regional pollutants discharge reduction,but also indirectly promote re-gional pollutants discharge reduction through the upgrading of industrial structure and the digitalization development of enterpris-es.In addition,government digital attention plays a moderating role in the relationship between new quality productivity and re-gional pollutants discharge reduction.The higher the level of government digital attention,the more significant the positive impact of new quality productivity on regional pollution reduction.
