新内生发展理论视角下农业特色产业内生发展能力评价与创新路径研究OA

Based on the new endogenous development theory,this paper constructed the evaluation index system of five dimensions:resource transformation ability,subject participation ability,organization coordination ability,external empowerment ability and market competition ability.Taking Qixia City apple industry as an example,the core apple producing area of Yantai City,Shandong Province,the paper evaluated and analyzed its endogenous development capacity by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The e-valuation results showed that Qixia apple industry had a certain endogenous development foundation,but it had not yet formed a stable and strong self-driven mechanism,showing the characteristics of"good performance in market competition and external empowerment,but prominent endogenous shortcomings such as aging human resources,low degree of organization,and insufficient capacity for tech-nological innovation and transformation".Based on the evaluation results,the paper constructed the industrial endogenous develop-ment path of"mobilizing and activating endogenous development motivation-synergizing and empowering endogenous development a-bility-transforming and consolidating endogenous development results",and put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions aimed at the aspects of resource integration,industrial chain extension,optimization of organizational governance,promotion of techno-logical innovation,consolidation of brand quality,and multi-subject identity and cultivation.
