不同有机肥添加量对隔山消生长及生理特性的影响OA

Effects of Different Amounts of Organic Fertilizer on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Cynachum wilfordii

为研究有机肥不同添加量对温室栽培隔山消生长及生理特性的影响,在盆栽条件下,设置不施肥对照(T1)、常规施肥(T2)、常规施肥+250 g·株-1 有机肥(T3)、常规施肥+500 g·株-1 有机肥(T4)、常规施肥+750 g·株-1 有机肥(T5)共 5 个处理,分析隔山消各器官鲜质量、叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量及硝态氮含量的变化.结果表明:T5 处理提高了隔山消叶片、茎、根系的鲜质量,收获期各器官鲜质量分别较 T2 处理提高209.04%、435.14%、470.32%,较T4处理提高 24.77%、48.95%、36.78%;T3、T4、T5 处理的根系鲜质量占比无显著差异,显著高于 T1 和 T2 处理;T5 处理的叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量均显著高于其他处理,T3、T4处理显著高于 T2 处理;整个试验期间,T5 处理的硝态氮含量分别较 T2 处理提高 66.74%、14.80%、41.17%、93.67%,T3 与 T2处理之间无显著差异.综上,隔山消温室栽培中适宜的有机肥添加量为 750 g·株-1.

In order to study the effects of different amounts of organic fertilizer on the growth and physiological characteristics of Cynachum wilfordii cultivated in greenhouse,the experiment was conducted under pot conditions,five treatments were set including no fertilization control(T1),conventional fertilization(T2),conventional fertilization+250 g·plant-1 organic fertilizer(T3),conventional fertilization+500 g·plant-1 organic fertilizer(T4),and conventional fertilization+750 g·plant-1 organic fertilizer(T5),and the changes of fresh weight,chlorophyll,carotenoid and nitrate content in organs of Cynachum wilfordii were studied.The results showed that T5 treatment was significantly improved the fresh weight of leaves,stems and roots,when at the harvest period,the fresh weight in each organ was 209.04%,435.14%,470.32%higher than T2 treatment,and was 24.77%,48.95%,36.78%higher than T4 treatment.The proportion of fresh root mass in T3,T4 and T5 treatments had no significant difference,which was significantly higher than T1 and T2 treatment.The T5 treatment chlorophyll and carotenoid contents were significantly higher than other treatments,T3 and T4 treatment were significantly higher than T2 treatment.The T5 nitrate nitrogen content was 66.74%,14.80%,41.17%and 93.67%higher than T2 treatment during the whole test period,it was no significant difference between T3 and T2 treatment.In conclusion,the suitable amount of organic fertilizer added in Cynachum wilfordii greenhouse cultivation are 750 g·plant-1.
