桑蚕雌蛾冷藏对其F1代蚕综合性状的影响研究OA
The Impact of Cold Storage on Comprehensive Traits of F1 Silkworms
为了解桑蚕雌蛾冷藏后对其 F1 代蚕综合性状的影响,以桑蚕'827×薪杭'原蚕雌蛾经 7.5℃、10℃冷藏后繁育的一代杂交种为试验材料,进行催青和饲养比较试验.结果表明:在 7.5℃条件下冷藏,冷藏时间的长短对 F1 代蚕的幼虫生命力、蚕茧经济性状没有负面影响;在 10℃条件下冷藏,各冷藏时段之间的 4~5 龄小蚕数、4 龄蚕结茧率、4 龄蚕健蛹率、茧层量存在显著差异.综上,中系桑蚕原蚕雌蛾在 7.5~10℃范围内冷藏后制种完全可行,且繁育的一代杂交种在生产中完全可用.在对中系原蚕雌蛾进行冷藏时,适宜选用的温度为 7.5℃;若采用 10℃进行冷藏,其冷藏时间以不超过 48 h为宜,最佳冷藏时间为 24 h.
To investigate the impact of cold storage on comprehensive traits of F1 generation silkworms derived from female silkworms of the'827×Xinhang'hybrid strain,comparative trials on cocoon induction and rearing were conducted using first-generation hybrids produced after cold storage at 7.5℃and 10℃.The results demonstrated that prolonged cold storage at 7.5℃had no negative effects on larval viability or economic cocoon traits in F1 generation silkworms.However,under 10℃storage conditions,significant differ-ences were observed across different cold storage periods regarding the number of 4th-5th instar larvae,cocoon formation rate of 4th instar silkworms,healthy pupal retention rate,and cocoon layer quantity.In conclusion,cold storage of midline silkworm females with-in the 7.5℃to 10℃temperature range was feasible for seed production,with the resulting first-generation hybrids proving fully practical for agricultural applications.The optimal temperature standard for midline silkworm females during cold storage was 7.5℃.When using 10℃storage,the protection duration should not exceed 48 hours,with 24 hours being the most effective duration.
