为探究中原牡丹和西北牡丹花粉生物学特性的差异,选取具有代表性的6个中原牡丹品种和 6 个西北牡丹品种的花粉为试验材料,通过测定花粉活力、生理生化指标及微观形态特征,系统比较各指标间的差异及内在关系.结果表明:不同牡丹品种间花粉活力差异显著,西北牡丹品种群的花粉活力整体显著低于中原牡丹品种群;生理生化指标方面,'鲁荷红'与'贵妇人'的可溶性蛋白含量和 SOD 活性较高,'紫斑白'的丙二醛含量最高,'梦想'的POD 活性最高,'夜光杯'的 CAT 活性最高;中原牡丹品种的花粉形态整体较大且均匀,而西北牡丹品种则表现出更高的形态多样性.综上,中原牡丹在花粉活力、生理生化和形态特征上表现出更优的生物学特性,其作为父本的生殖潜力更高.

To investigate the differences in pollen biological characteristics between Central Plains peony cultivars and Northwest pe-ony cultivars,pollen from six representative cultivars from each group were selected as the experimental material.Pollen viability,physiological and biochemical indices,and microscopic morphological characteristics were measured,and the differences and internal relationships among these indices were systematically compared.The results showed that pollen viability varied significantly among different peony cultivars,with the overall pollen viability of the Northwest cultivar group being significantly lower than that of the Cen-tral Plains cultivar group.Regarding physiological and biochemical indices,'Luhehong'and'Guifuren'exhibited relatively high solu-ble protein content and SOD activity,'Zibanbai'had the highest malondialdehyde content,'Mengxiang'presented the highest POD ac-tivity,and'Yeguangbei'showed the highest CAT activity.Pollen grains of Central Plains peony cultivars were generally larger and more uniform in morphology,whereas Northwest peony cultivars demonstrated greater morphological diversity.In conclusion,Central Plains peony cultivars display superior biological characteristics in terms of pollen viability,physiological and biochemical indices,and morphological characteristics,indicating their greater potential as male parents in breeding programs.
