考虑资源均衡配置的地铁双车辆段车底运用计划优化研究OA
Optimization of Rolling Stock Utilization Plan for Metro Dual-Depots Considering Balanced Resource Allocation
为实现车底资源的均衡配置,在综合考虑车底的运行里程、检修安排和双车辆段检修能力等约束的基础上,以车底与车次的总匹配成本最小为优化目标建立一种车底运用计划编制模型,将模型中的车底运用问题转换为柔性车间调度问题,并采用混合果蝇-遗传优化算法进行求解.在编制车底每日运用计划时,先基于车底的月修后里程和累计总里程2个指标,利用层次分析法求解车底的运行顺序,再严格按指派适应值为车次分配车底.为检验模型的可行性,以北京地铁某号线的数据为例进行分析.实验结果表明:与现有方案相比,研究方案在同等条件下求解指派适应值的收敛速度更快;不但实现车底资源的均衡配置,还能使60 d运行周期内的总匹配成本降低6.4%.在计划检修方面,模型求解的检修日期更具合理性,能去除因检修不及时所致的安全隐患,实现检修资源的合理利用.
To achieve balanced allocation of rolling stock resources,an optimization model for compiling rolling stock utilization plans was established in this paper with the objective of minimizing the total matching cost between rolling stock and train services via comprehensively considering constraints such as operational mileage,maintenance schedules,and dual-depot maintenance capacity.The rolling stock utilization problem in the model was converted into a flexible job-shop scheduling problem,and a hybrid fruit fly-genetic optimization algorithm was adopted for solution.When compiling the daily utilization plan of rolling stock,the operational sequence of rolling stock was first solved using the analytic hierarchy process based on two metrics:post-monthly-maintenance mileage and cumulative total mileage,and then rolling stock was strictly allocated to train services according to assignment fitness values.To verify the feasibility of the model,data from a Beijing Metro line were taken as an example for analysis.Experimental results show that compared with existing schemes,the proposed scheme has a faster convergence speed in solving assignment fitness values under identical conditions;it not only realizes the balanced allocation of rolling stock resources but also reduces the total matching cost within a 60-day operational cycle by 6.4%.In terms of planned maintenance,the maintenance dates solved by the model are more rational,which can eliminate safety hazards caused by untimely maintenance and achieve the rational utilization of maintenance resources.
