聚焦城市低空无人机配送成本高和效率低的问题,建立基于时间窗的无人机群多航段协同配送模型.该模型有效解决了点对点配送成本过高难题,可以显著降低城市无人机物流配送平均成本和时长,并满足多样化客户订单需求.研究以平均订单配送时长、无人机使用数和延误时间成本最小化为目标,综合考虑无人机续航、客户订单时效及载运重量等限制,构建基于高峰小时时间窗的无人机调度与路径优化模型.针对模型特点,设计亲近传播(AP)聚类对不同时段订单进行初步聚类,然后设计鲸鱼优化-变邻域搜索组合(WOA-VNS)算法求解,最后以深圳龙岗为例,设定订单需求高峰期大中型数据集,探究不同订单需求量与平均运距下模型和算法的有效性,得出不同市场阶段的低空配送企业发展策略,为城市无人机订单配送服务决策提供科学依据.

In view of the issues of high cost and low efficiency in urban low-altitude drone delivery,a time window-based multi-leg collaborative delivery model for drone swarm was established.The model effectively solved the difficulty of excessive cost in point-to-point delivery,significantly reduced the average cost and duration of urban drone logistics delivery,and met diverse customer order demands.By taking the minimization of average order delivery duration,number of drones used,and delay time cost as objectives and comprehensively considering constraints such as drone endurance,customer order timeliness,and payload capacity,a drone scheduling and route optimization model based on peak-hour time window was constructed.In view of the characteristics of the model,affinity propagation(AP)clustering was designed to conduct preliminary clustering of orders in different time periods,and then a whale optimization algorithm-variable neighborhood search(WOA-VNS)hybrid algorithm was designed for solution.Finally,by taking Longgang,Shenzhen as an example,large-and medium-sized datasets during the peak period of order demands were set to explore the effectiveness of the model and algorithm under different order demands and average transportation distances.Development strategies for low-altitude delivery enterprises in different market stages were derived,providing a scientific basis for decision-making in urban drone order delivery services.
