石灰改良潮湿黏性土的路用性能研究OA

路基填土受环境影响含水率较高时,无法直接用于路基填筑,进而会影响施工进度.因此,开展改良潮湿黏性土的路用性能研究具有重要的工程意义.该研究通过设置不同含水率、石灰掺量与浸水状态的土样,以CBR值为评价指标,定量研究了石灰改良潮湿黏性土的路用性能.研究结果表明:石灰对潮湿黏性土的CBR值有较为明显的提升作用,在最佳含水率与较大含水率工况下,1%石灰掺量即可满足路基填筑要求,当含水率增加至天然含水率时,改良土的CBR值无法满足路用要求;相比于浸水状态,非浸水状态下改良土的CBR值显著提高,在最佳含水率与较大含水率工况下,非浸水条件对3%与5%石灰掺量土样的CBR值提升效果显著;对于天然含水率较高的实际工况,可通过晾晒、掺入干土等方法将填土的含水率降低至最佳含水率附近,进而结合石灰固化与密封措施,以确保路基填土满足规范要求.研究成果可为潮湿黏性土地区路基工程建设提供参考,缩短工程建设周期.

Due to environmental effects,subgrade fill with high moisture content cannot be directly used for subgrade filling,thus delaying the construction progress.Therefore,research on the road performance of modified moist clayey soil is of significant engineering importance.By preparing soil samples with different moisture contents,lime contents and soaking conditions,the California Bearing Ratio(CBR)was adopted as the evaluation index to quantitatively study the road performance of lime-improved moist clayey soil.The results indicate that lime has an obvious im-provement effect on the CBR value of moist clayey soil.Under the conditions of optimum moisture content and rela-tively high moisture content,1%lime content can meet the requirements of subgrade filling.When the moisture content increases to the natural moisture content,the CBR value of the improved soil cannot meet the road perfor-mance requirements;Compared with the soaking condition,the CBR value of the improved soil under the non-soaking condition is significantly increased.Under the optimum moisture content and relatively high moisture con-tent conditions,the non-soaking condition has a significant improvement effect on the CBR value of soil samples with 3%and 5%lime content;For actual working conditions with high natural moisture content,the moisture con-tent of fill can be reduced to near the optimum moisture content by means of air drying and mixing with dry soil,and then combined with lime stabilization and sealing measures to ensure that subgrade fill meets the specification re-quirements.These research results can provide a reference for subgrade engineering construction in moist clayey soil areas and shorten the project construction period.
