高性能潮喷混凝土基准配合比试验研究OA
Experimental Study on Baseline Mix Ratio of High-performance Wet Shotcreting
为探究不同组分对混凝土强度的影响规律,依托新疆某引水隧洞项目开展的"TBM引水隧洞格构高性能潮喷混凝土支护结构足尺模型试验",以高性能潮喷混凝土基准配合比为基础,在保持单一变量的条件下,研究了胶凝材料用量、水胶比、硅灰掺量、砂率和纤维掺量等关键因素对高性能潮喷混凝土强度的影响.研究结果表明:1)胶凝材料用量需与水胶比、掺合料等参数协同调控,480 kg/m3为最佳胶凝材料用量,该用量下高性能潮喷混凝土在各龄期的抗压强度均表现最优.2)硅灰掺量为7%~10%时,高性能潮喷混凝土抗压强度较优,其中硅灰掺量为7%时,抗压强度达到峰值.3)采用5~10mm粒径的粗骨料时,适配0.41的砂率可使高性能潮喷混凝土达到最高抗压强度.4)纤维掺量为3~9 kg/m3时,高性能潮喷混凝土的抗压强度与劈裂抗拉强度均呈现出先升后降的单峰变化特征.其中,纤维掺量为6kg/m3时,全龄期强度均达到峰值,因此该掺量为最佳纤维掺量.5)最终确定高性能潮喷混凝土基准配合比为:胶凝材料用量为480 kg/m3、水胶比为0.38、硅灰掺量为7%、砂率为0.41、纤维掺量为6kg/m3、减水剂掺量为1.2%、速凝剂掺量为7%.该配合比下,混凝土的力学性能与施工性能俱佳.
In order to explore the influence of different components on concrete strength,a full-scale model test of the TBM water diversion tunnel lattice high-performance wet shotcreting support structure was conducted based on a water diversion tunnel project in Xinjiang.Based on the benchmark mix ratio of high-performance wet shotcreting,the influence of key factors such as cementitious material dosage,water cement ratio,silica fume content,sand ra-tio and fiber content on the strength of high-performance wet shotcreting were studied under a single variable.The research results indicate that:1)The dosage of cementitious material needs to be coordinated with parameters such as water cement ratio and admixture,the high-performance wet shotcrete exhibits the best compressive strength at all ages with the optimal dosage of cementitious material of 480 kg/m3.2)When the content of silica fume is 7%to 10%,the compressive strength of high-performance wet shotcreting is better.The compressive strength reaches its peak with 7%content of silica fume.3)By coarse aggregates with a particle size of 5~10 mm,a sand ratio of 0.41 can achieve the highest compressive strength for high-performance wet shotcreting.4)When the fiber content is 3~9 kg/m3,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of high-performance wet shotcreting show a single peak variation characteristic of first increasing and then decreasing.Among them,the strength reaches its peak at all ages when the optimal fiber content is 6 kg/m3.5)The final benchmark mix ratio for high-performance wet shotcret-ing is determined as follows:the dosage of cementitious material is 480 kg/m3,the water cement ratio is 0.38,the dosage of silica fume is 7%,the sand ratio is 0.41,the fiber dosage is 6 kg/m3,the dosage of water reducer is 1.2%,and the dosage of accelerator is 7%.Under the mix ratio,both the mechanical and construction properties of the concrete are excellent.
