星型/线型SBS复配改性高黏弹沥青物理-黏弹特性及组成设计研究OA
Research on Physical-Viscoelastic Characteristics and Composition Design of High-viscosity and Elastic Asphalt Modified by Star Shaped/Linear SBS Compound
针对当前高黏弹改性剂种类繁杂,传统星型与线型SBS改性剂因分子结构固化,导致在制备高黏弹改性沥青时存在溶解难度大、性能提升不显著等问题,提出了线型与星型SBS复配改性策略,通过2种SBS的协同作用,能够有效提升改性剂在沥青中的分散程度,进而增强改性沥青的综合路用性能.该研究基于不同类型SBS改性剂对沥青性能的影响规律,探究了不同掺量下线型与星型复配SBS对高黏弹改性沥青物理性能、黏弹性能和工作性能的影响.研究结果表明:单掺改性沥青的针入度随2种SBS掺量的增加均呈降低趋势,软化点逐步升高,延度表现为先急剧上升、后缓慢增长的特征;高黏弹改性沥青的针入度随SBS掺量的增加持续降低,软化点、延度及60℃动力黏度均随SBS掺量的增加显著提升,且复配后改性沥青的弹性恢复率均超过90%.研究证实,通过调控改性剂种类及其掺量和稳定剂掺量,可实现对改性沥青物理特性与黏弹特性的精准调控.该复配改性方案能够提升沥青黏弹性能,为高黏弹改性沥青的组成设计优化及工程应用提供关键试验依据.
In response to the diverse types of current high viscosity and elasticity modifiers,molecular structure so-lidification of traditional star shaped & linear SBS modifiers,difficult to dissolve and lack of significant performance improvement in the preparation of high viscosity and elasticity modified asphalt,a composite modification strategy of linear and star shaped SBS is proposed,which can effectively improve the dispersion of modifiers in asphalt by the synergistic effect of the two types of SBS,thereby enhancing the comprehensive road performance of modified as-phalt.Based on the influence of different types of SBS modifiers on the properties of asphalt,the effects of different dosages of linear and star shaped composite SBS on the physical properties,viscoelastic properties,and workability of high viscosity modified asphalt is explored.The research results show that the penetration of single modified as-phalt decreases with the increase of two SBS contents,the softening point gradually increases,and the ductility shows a characteristic of first sharply increasing and then slowly increasing;The penetration of high viscosity modi-fied asphalt continues to decrease with the increase of SBS content,while the softening point,ductility,and 60 ℃dynamic viscosity all significantly increase with the increase of SBS content.Moreover,the elastic recovery rate of the modified asphalt after compounded exceeds 90%.Research has shown that precise control of the physical and viscoelastic properties of modified asphalt can be achieved by adjusting the type and dosage of modifiers,as well as the dosage of stabilizers.This composite modification scheme can improve the viscoelastic performance of asphalt,providing key experimental basis for the composition design optimization and engineering application of high vis-coelastic modified asphalt.
