冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)是一种以胸闷、胸痛、心悸、气短为主要症状的心血管系统常见疾病,其发病机制主要与脂质代谢紊乱、炎症免疫反应、内皮功能障碍、氧化应激及血栓形成有关.目前治疗以西医疗法为主,但存在药物疗效不理想及不良反应等问题,而中医药在冠心病防治领域具有独特优势,显示出良好的安全性和耐受性.多组学技术的整合应用,正逐步揭示中医药通过调控"基因-蛋白质-代谢物"多维网络发挥治疗作用的系统生物学机制.文章旨在综述多组学技术在中医药治疗冠心病机制研究中的最新进展,系统阐释其多成分、多靶点、整合调节的作用特点,为中医药的现代化研究和临床应用提供理论依据.

Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a common cardiovascular condition characterized by symptoms such as chest tightness,chest pain,palpitations,and shortness of breath.Its pathogenesis is primarily associated with lipid metabolism disor-ders,inflammatory immune responses,endothelial dysfunction,oxidative stress,and thrombosis formation.Currently,treatment is mainly based on Western medicine;however,issues such as suboptimal drug efficacy and adverse reactions remain.Tradition-al Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of CHD,demonstrating good safety and toler-ance.The integration of multi-omics technologies is gradually revealing the systems biology mechanisms by which TCM exerts therapeutic effects through the regulation of a"gene-protein-metabolite"multidimensional network.This article aims to review the latest advancements in the application of multi-omics technologies in the study of the mechanisms of TCM in the treatment of CHD,systematically elaborating on its characteristics of multi-component,multi-target,and integrated regulation,providing a theoretical basis for the modernization of TCM research and its clinical application.
