采用新型Ziegler-Natta催化剂,通过均相本体聚合法制备了1-丁烯/1-辛烯共聚物.利用IR,13C NMR,DSC,XRD等方法研究了 1-辛烯的引入对聚丁烯-1(PB-1)结构与晶型转变行为的影响.实验结果表明,1-丁烯与 1-辛烯共聚活性可达 23 kg/(g·h)以上,竞聚率分别为 1.837 和 0.629.1-辛烯插入导致共聚物中的[mmmm]含量下降,并且有效降低了共聚物的熔点、熔融焓和结晶温度,对 PB-1 从晶型Ⅱ向晶型Ⅰ的转变具有抑制作用.当 1-辛烯含量达到 3.30%(x)时,共聚物陈化90 d内以晶型Ⅱ为主,未发生明显的晶型转变行为.

A 1-butene/1-octene copolymer was prepared by homogeneous bulk polymerization using a novel Ziegler-Natta catalyst.The effects of 1-octene incorporation on the structure and crystal transformation behavior of polybutene-1(PB-1)were investigated by IR,13C NMR,DSC,and XRD.The experimental results demonstrate that the copolymerization activity of 1-butene and 1-octene reaches above 23 kg/(g·h),and the reactivity ratio is 1.837 and 0.629,respectively.The introduction of 1-octene leads to a decrease in the[mmmm]content in the copolymer,effectively reduces the melting point,enthalpy of fusion,and crystallization temperature of the copolymer,and inhibits the transformation of PB-1 from crystal form Ⅱ to crystal form Ⅰ.When the 1-octene content reaches 3.30%(x),the copolymer remains mainly in crystal form Ⅱ within 90 d of aging,and no significant crystal transformation is observed.
