Production of lube base oil from waste oil
以废弃油脂为原料,采用 GC、GC-MS、成焦板测试、加压差示扫描量热、高频往复摩擦、超声分散等方法研究了加氢精制油中高沸点馏分的组成、来源及应用.实验结果表明,加氢精制油中高沸点馏分主要来自废弃油脂中的非油脂类不皂化物;采用加氢精制催化剂难以将高沸点馏分有效转化为柴油馏分;通过加氢异构反应可将高沸点馏分制备为高附加值的生物基润滑油基础油,实现了废弃油脂加氢精制油全馏分的高效利用.
Using waste oils as raw materials,the composition,origin and application of high-boiling fractions in the hydrorefined oil were investigated by GC,GC-MS,coking plate test,pressurized differential scanning calorimetry,high-frequency reciprocating rig,and ultrasonic dispersion.The experimental results show that the high-boiling fractions in hydrorefined oils are mainly derived from non-glyceride unsaponifiables in waste oils;it is difficult for hydrorefining catalysts to effectively convert high-boiling fractions into diesel fractions;high-boiling fractions can be prepared into high value-added bio-based lube base oils through hydroisomerization,realizing the efficient utilization of the full distillate of hydrorefined waste oils.
