基于阴虚理论探讨早泄病机与治疗OA

Premature ejaculation(PE)is a common sexual dysfunction,which can seriously damage the patient's self-confidence and destroy the harmony of the relationship between husband and wife.At present,most scholars believe that PE is caused by emotional internal injury,damp-heat invasion,excessive desire,and chronic disease.Through long-term clinical practice,the author's tutor believes that yin deficiency and fire exuberance is one of the main pathogenesis of PE.In the regulation system of human reproductive function,the heart,liver and kidney are closely related to each other and jointly dominate the storage and discharge of semen.Heart yin deficiency leads to no support for the spirit,irritability and anxiety,and it is difficult to control the rhythm of ejaculation.Liver Yin deficiency is Zongjin malnutrition,liver failure,semen storage and discharge disorder;the kidney yin deficiency is the fire of the fire,and the storage is out of control.Based on the theory of yin deficiency,the diagnosis and treatment follow the principle of nourishing heart yin,calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind,nourishing yin and nourishing liver,clearing and purging ministerial fire,nourishing kidney yin,consolidating kidney and astringing essence,ascending water and descending fire,and communicating heart and kidney.This method has achieved good results in clinical practice,and the quality of sexual life of patients with PE has been significantly improved.Based on the theory of yin deficiency,this paper discusses the pathogenesis and treatment of PE,and attaches a case for reference.
