基于"脾藏营,营舍意"探究胃癌术后芪黄煎剂调节肠黏膜免疫屏障与肠神经系统的中医内涵OA

From the perspective of the theory of"the spleen stores the ying,the ying sheds the meaning",we explore the Chinese connotation of Qi Huang decoction to promote the recovery of the intestinal mucosal immune barrier and the enteric nervous system(ENS)after gastric cancer surgery,which is characterized by disorders of the enteric nervous system,unsustainable nutrition,and the damage of the intestinal mucosal immune barrier that cannot play the role of"resisting external evils and preventing diseases before they occur".The damage to the immune barrier of the intestinal mucosa cannot play the role of"resisting external evils and preventing diseases before they occur".The"Internal Canon"explains the physiological connection between"Ying",which is pure and soft and gives nutrition,and"Yi",which regulates the body and monitors external evils,with"Spleen hides Ying and Ying sheds Yi",and this paper explains the physiological connection between the postoperative intestinal mucosal immune barrier and the"Yi",which regulates the body and monitors the external evils.This paper describes the connection between the postoperative intestinal mucosal immune barrier,ENS lesions and"spleen does not hide the Ying's intention",and analyzes the correlation between the theory of spleen's"hiding the Ying's intention"and the postoperative gastric cancer's postoperative Qi Huang Decoction which strengthens the spleen and passes through the liver to regulate the intestinal mucosal immune barrier,restore ENS,and secrete gastrin to regulate the intestinal fluids.It was concluded that the biological changes induced by the decoction of Qi Huang were in accordance with the theory of"the spleen hides the intention of the camps".In this paper,we organically combine the theory of spleen"hiding Ying She Yi"with modern molecular mechanism,enrich the theoretical connotation,broaden the field of application,and clarify the clinical value of astragalus huang decoction to improve the intestinal function by assisting the spleen"hiding Ying She Yi",and we hope that it will be used in the future to improve the intestinal function of spleen"hiding Ying She Yi".We hope to apply the theory of the spleen's"hiding the camps and the will"to the analysis of the pathogenesis and treatment of intestinal diseases after gastrectomy,and to provide new ideas for the study of the molecular mechanism of more prescriptions for strengthening the spleen and clearing up the bowels.
