武之望应用脾胃学说临证经验举隅OA

Wu Zhiwang was a famous physician in Shaanxi during the Ming Dynasty,and his main works include the Jiyin Compendium and the Jiyang Compendium.Through the in-depth study of the clinical medical cases in these works,the application and development of the spleen and stomach theory are discussed.Based on the theory of spleen and blood,Wu Zhiwang put forward the treatment insights of gynecological blood syndrome,adhered to the treatment concept of nourishing and nourishing spleen,and innovatively used prescriptions such as Siwu decoction,Angelica peony decoction,and Dabu astragalus decoction;Secondly,the importance of spleen shengqing in the treatment of abdominal pain,leucorrhea and other diseases is emphasized,and the medication focuses on strengthening the spleen and stomach and raising yang qi.Wu has expanded and enriched the prescriptions for spleen and stomach diseases,and carefully collected many effective single prescriptions.His experience and thoughts on the theory of spleen and stomach still have important enlightenment and guiding value for the current clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
