消渴降糖膏联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病临床研究OA

Objective The aim is to observe the clinical efficacy of the combined application of Xiaoke Jiangtang Herbal Paste and Calcium Dobesilate Capsules in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN)of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 88 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for the syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency in DN were included and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 44 patients in each group.All patients received conventional treatments such as hypoglycemic and antihypertensive therapy.Patients in the control group were treated with oral calcium dobesilate capsules,while the observation group was treated with oral Xiaoke Jiangtang Herbal Paste in addition to the treatment of the control group.The treatment period for both groups was 3 months.During the study,renal function indicators,glucose metabolism indicators,and lipid metabolism indicators of the two groups were monitored,and the clinical efficacy after treatment was comprehensively evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group reached 88.37%,which was better than the control group's 55%.After treatment,the observation group showed a decrease in indicators of glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,and renal function,and the degree of decrease was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoke Jiangtang Herbal Paste can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score of Qi and Yin deficiency in DN,lower blood glucose and lipid levels,reduce urine protein and improve renal function.
