红花化学成分及药理作用研究进展OA
Research Progress on Chemical Compositions and Pharmacological Effects of Carthamus tinctorius L.
红花为菊科植物红花(Carthamus tinctorius L.)的干燥花,具有活血化瘀、通经止痛的功效.目前,红花的化学成分主要为黄酮类、生物碱类、聚炔类、木脂素类等,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤等药理作用.通过查阅大量国内外文献资料,对中药红花的化学成分与药理作用进行综述,为深入探究红花化学成分、药理作用及其现代应用提供科学依据.
Carthamus tinctorius L.is the dried flower of Carthamus tinctorius L.in the Asteraceae family.It has the effects of activating blood circulation,resolving stasis,unblocking menstruation and relieving pain.At present,the chemical compositions of safflower mainly consists of flavonoids,alkaloids,polyynes,lignans etc,which have antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor and other pharmacological effects.This review synthesizes extensive domestic and international literature to systematically examine the chemical components and pharmacological mechanisms of Carthamus tinctorius L.,providing scientific evidence for further exploration of its modern applications.
