中医药防治抗结核药物相关不良反应的研究进展OA
Advances in Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Prevention and Management of Adverse Reactions Induced by Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs
我国肺结核患者占比仍然居高不下,在实施化疗过程中,患者常出现肝损伤、胃肠道反应、血液系统异常等抗结核药物相关不良反应(adverse drug reactions,ADR),影响疗效与依从性.中医药通过"扶正祛邪、辨证施治"在改善症状、调节免疫、减轻 ADR 方面具有多靶点优势,并辅以穴位贴敷、热奄包、耳穴贴压、针灸等适宜技术,体现出中西医结合的协同效应,通过综述中医药防治抗结核药物 ADR 的体外与临床研究进展,为临床实践与方案优化提供参考.
The proportion of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in China remains high,and chemotherapy is often ac-companied by adverse drug reactions(ADRs)such as hepatotoxicity,gastrointestinal disturbances,and hematological abnor-malities,which compromise treatment efficacy and adherence.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),guided by the princi-ples of"strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors"and syndrome differentiation,has shown multi-target advantages in symptom relief,immune modulation,and ADR mitigation.Additionally,appropriate external thera-pies such as acupoint application,herbal hot compress,auricular acupressure,and acupuncture enhance the synergistic effects of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.This review summarizes advances in in vitro and clinical studies on TCM for the prevention and management of ADRs induced by anti-tuberculosis drugs,providing a reference for clinica l practice and regimen optimization.
