当归治疗2型糖尿病心肌病的潜在作用机制及研究进展OA
The Potential Mechanism and Research Progress of the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetic Cardiomyopathy
随着社会老龄化发展,糖尿病作为常见的老年心理疾病,发病率逐年上升,糖尿病心肌病(diabetic car-diomyopathy,DCM)作为糖尿病并发症之一,其发病数量也随之增加.DCM 是 2 型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者最易患的心血管并发症,其特征为无冠状动脉疾病和高血压情况下出现的心肌结构和功能异常.DCM不仅是患者出现心脏损伤、心力衰竭的重要原因,也是除冠状动脉疾病等继发性损害的特异性心肌损伤.该病常由炎性衰老、氧化应激、线粒体受损、能量代谢异常等引起.传统中药当归(Angelica sinensis)因其多种药理活性,在 DCM 的防治中具有潜在价值.通过综述阐明 DCM 病理机制、当归主要活性成分及其改善 DCM 的作用机制,为研究糖尿病心肌病与当归治疗之间的关联性提供新的思路.
With the aging of society,the prevalence of diabetes-a common age-related metabolic disorder-has been steadily increasing.As a consequence,the incidence of diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM),one of its major complications,has also risen significantly.DCM represents the most prevalent cardiovascular complication in patients with type 2 diabetes mel-litus(T2DM),characterized by structural and functional myocardial abnormalities independent of coronary artery disease or hypertension.This condition not only serves as a critical factor in cardiac impairment and heart failure among diabetic pa-tients but also constitutes a specific myocardial injury distinct from secondary damage caused by coronary artery disease.The pathogenesis of DCM typically involves inflammatory aging,oxidative stress,mitochondrial dysfunction,and metabolic dis-turbances.The traditional Chinese herb Angelica sinensis(Danggui)has demonstrated potential therapeutic value for DCM due to its diverse pharmacologically active components.This review elucidates the pathological mechanisms of DCM,the pri-mary active constituents of Angelica sinensis,and their mechanisms in ameliorating DCM,thereby providing novel insights into the relationship between diabetic cardiomyopathy and Angelica sinensis treatment.
