基于NLRP3通路的中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎机制研究进展OA
Research Progress on the Mechanism of TCM Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis Based on NLRP3 Pathway
多项研究表明,NLRP3 通路在溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)治疗中具有显著疗效.近年来,中医药在 UC 的防治方面取得了显著成效,且基于 NLRP3 通路的研究不断增加.UC 的发病机制涉及免疫增强、炎症反应、细胞凋亡和抗氧化等多个方面.NLRP3 信号通路作为免疫系统的关键组成部分,能够促进炎症因子的释放.文章总结了中医药通过 NLRP3 通路治疗 UC 的机制,为未来中医药防治 UC 提供了研究基础.
Multiple studies have demonstrated the significant efficacy of the NLRP3 pathway in treating ulcerative coli-tis(UC).In recent years,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has achieved remarkable success in UC prevention and treatment,with growing research focusing on the NLRP3 pathway.The pathogenesis of UC involves multiple aspects inclu-ding immune activation,inflammatory responses,apoptosis,and antioxidant mechanisms.As a key component of the immune system,the NLRP3 signaling pathway promotes the release of inflammatory factors.This article summarizes the mechanisms by which TCM treats UC through the NLRP3 pathway,providing a research foundation for future TCM-based prevention and treatment strategies.
