目的:系统评价移动健康技术在门诊结肠镜检查人群中应用的有效性.方法:检索中国知网、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、Web of Science、PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMbase、ScienceDirect数据库中关于移动健康技术应用于门诊结肠镜检查人群的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2025年12月30日.由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料,并采用Cochrane 5.1.0手册对纳入研究进行质量评价,运用 RevMan 5.3软件进行 Meta分析.结果:共纳入 9篇文献,涉及 2 954例门诊结肠镜检查者.Meta分析结果显示,基于移动健康技术的干预可提高门诊结肠镜检查人群的肠道准备质量[SMD=0.78,95%CI(0.70,0.85),P<0.000 01]、盲肠插管成功率[OR=2.66,95%CI(1.31,5.44),P=0.007]、息肉检出率[OR=1.44,95%CI(1.20,1.72),P<0.000 1]、腺瘤检出率[OR=1.71,95%CI(1.24,2.35),P=0.001]、服用泻药依从性[OR=1.87,95%CI(1.24,2.84),P=0.003]和饮食依从性[OR=2.41,95%CI(1.57,3.72),P<0.000 1].结论:基于移动健康技术的干预能够提高门诊结肠镜检查人群的肠道准备质量、盲肠插管成功率、腺瘤及息肉检出率以及服用泻药和饮食的依从性.

Objective:To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of mobile health technology in the outpatient colonoscopy examination population.Methods:Randomized controlled trials on the application of mobile health technology in the outpatient colonoscopy examination population were retrieved from databases such as CNKI,VIP,CBM,WanFang Database,Web of Science,PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMbase,and ScienceDirect.The search period was from the establishment of the databases to December 30,2025.Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted the data,and evaluated the quality of the included studies by using the Cochrane 5.1.0 manual.Meta-analysis was conducted by using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 9 studies were included,involving 2 954 outpatient colonoscopy examination people.Meta-analysis results showed that interventions based on mobile health technology could improve the quality of bowel preparation for outpatient colonoscopy examination population(SMD=0.78,95%CI 0.70-0.85,P<0.000 1),the success rate of cecal intubation(OR=2.66,95%CI 1.31-5.44,P=0.007),polyp detection rate(OR=1.44,95%CI 1.20-1.72,P<0.000 1),adenoma detection rate(OR=1.71,95%CI 1.24-2.35,P=0.001),adherence to laxatives(OR=1.87,95%CI 1.24-2.84,P=0.003)and dietary adherence(OR=2.41,95%CI 1.57-3.72,P<0.000 1).Conclusions:The intervention based on mobile health technology could improve the quality of bowel preparation,the success rate of cecal intubation,the detection rate of adenomas and polyps,as well as the compliance with laxative administration and diet.
