Objective:To explore the latent classes of post-traumatic growth in patients with endometrial cancer,and to analyze the influencing factors of different categories.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to select 263 patients with endometrial cancer hospitalized from June 2022 to June 2024 in our hospital.The General Information Questionnaire,Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI),Chinese version of Event Related Rumination Inventory(C-ERRI),Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)were used to investigate.Latent class analysis was used to identify categories of post-traumatic growth in patients with endometrial cancer.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of posttraumatic growth in patients with different categories of endometrial cancer.Results:The post-traumatic growth of endometrial cancer were characterized by negative coping,psychological smoothness,and positive growth.Logistic regression analyses results showed that BMI,level of purposeful rumination,and depressive symptoms were the influencing factors of post-traumatic growth in patients with different categories of endometrial cancer.Conclusions:Clinical staff should carry out stratified interventions based on different category characteristics to optimize patient psychological outcomes.Clinical staff should implement precise management of patients based on the influencing factors of different categories of post-traumatic growth,combine with the specificity of post-traumatic growth patterns,improve mental health outcomes of patients.
