临床护士开展适老化短视频科普能力评价指标体系的构建OA
Construction of evaluation index system for the clinical nurses'ability to conduct age-friendly health science popularization through short videos
目的:构建临床护士运用短视频开展适老化科普能力的评价指标体系,为客观评价临床护士利用短视频开展适老化科普能力、开展针对性的科普培训提供参考.方法:基于拉斯韦尔"5W"传播模型,结合老年人群体数字媒体使用特征,通过理论分析法、文献研究法、专题小组讨论法初步构建评价指标体系;运用德尔菲法进行2轮专家函询进行指标的筛选与修订,层次分析法确定各层级指标权重.结果:共纳入23名专家,2轮专家咨询积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.952和0.961,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.182～0.289和0.110～0.329.构建的评价指标体系包括5项一级指标、14项二级指标、51项三级指标.结论:构建的临床护士适老化短视频科普能力评价指标体系有较好的科学性和实用性,可用于客观评价临床护士在老年短视频科普中的能力.
Objective:To construct an evaluation index system for clinical nurses'ability to conduct age-friendly health science popularization through short videos,to provide reference for objectively evaluating their ability and conducting targeted science popularization training.Methods:Based on the Lasswell"5W"communication model and the digital media usage characteristics of the elderly,the evaluation index system was initially constructed through theoretical analysis,literature review,and focus group discussions.The Delphi method was used for two rounds of expert consultation to screen and revise the index items.The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of each level of indicators.Results:A total of 23 experts were included.The positive coefficient for both rounds of expert consultation were all 100%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.952 and 0.961,respectively.The Kendall's coefficient of concordance were 0.182-0.289 and 0.110-0.329.The final evaluation index system included 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators,and 51 third-level indicators.Conclusions:The constructed evaluation index system for clinical nurses'ability to conduct age-friendly health science popularization through short videos has good scientificity and practicability.It could be used to objectively evaluate the ability of clinical nurses in elderly short video health science popularization.
