基于置信职业行为构建我国高级实践护士方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实习大纲OA
Development of an EPA-based clinical practicum syllabus for APN-oriented master of nursing specialist students in China
目的:基于置信职业行为(EPAs)构建我国高级实践护士(APN)方向护理硕士专业学位(MNS)研究生临床实习大纲,以期为我国高级实践人才培养提供参考.方法:采用文献回顾、专家会议、改良德尔菲法,构建我国高级实践护士方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实习大纲,并采用 CIPP框架评价实习大纲的可行性.结果:共 22名专家完成 2轮咨询,问卷回收率分别为 81.48%和100.00%,权威系数分别为0.862和0.891.最终构建了以20项置信职业行为核心,分学期递进、理论-实践-置信职业行为一体化的护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实习大纲,并建立形成性与终结性相结合的多元评价体系.结论:构建的临床实习大纲具有较好的科学性、系统性与可操作性,可为我国高级实践护士方向护理硕士专业学位研究生培养提供参考.
Objective:To develop an entrustable professional activities(EPAs)-based clinical practicum syllabus for advanced practice nurse(APN)-oriented master of nursing specialist(MNS)students in China,thereby informing the training of advanced practice nursing talents.Methods:A combination of literature review,expert meetings,and a modified Delphi method were used to construct the clinical practicum syllabus for APN-oriented MNS students in China.The feasibility of the syllabus was evaluated by using the CIPP framework.Results:Two Delphi rounds were completed by 22 experts,with response rates of 81.48%and 100.00%and authority coefficients of 0.862 and 0.891.A 20-EPA-based clinical practicum syllabus was developed,featuring a progressive semester-by-semester structure that integrates theory,practice,and EPAs,along with a combined formative and summative evaluation system.Conclusion:The developed clinical practicum syllabus demonstrates strong scientific validity,systematic coherence,and practical operability,and could serve as a reference for APN-oriented MNS training in China.
