Analysis of Repairable Queueing System with Working Vacations and Reverse Policy

在服务系统中人们聚众心态的影响下,针对企业如何实现利润最大化的问题,本文研究了带有工作休假和反向策略的M/M/1/N可修排队系统.通过递推方法推导出了系统稳态概率,并计算出平均等待时间、平均止步率、平均队长等相关的性能指标.此外,本文还考虑了没有中途退出和反馈的特殊情况.在此基础上,建立系统成本模型,并考虑系统的平均收益和利润.最后为了更好地优化系统,先对系统性能指标进行敏感性分析,接着通过数值例子对系统进行成本分析,来降低系统费用,其结果为一些实际优化控制排队问题提供理论分析和参考依据.

This paper studies the M/M/1/N repairable queueing system with multiple working vacations and reverse policies,focus-ing on the impact of people's crowding mentality in service systems and how enterprises can maximize profits.The steady-state prob-abilities of the system are derived by using a recursive method,and performance measures such as the average waiting time,the aver-age balking rate,and the average queue length are calculated.In addition,this paper also considers the special case where there is no reverse reneging or feedback during the process.On this basis,we establish the system cost model and consider the average revenue and profit of the system.Finally,in order to better optimize the system,sensitivity analysis is conducted on the system performance measures.Then,cost analysis is performed on the system through numerical examples to reduce the system costs.The results pro-vide the theoretical analysis and reference basis to optimize and control the queues.
