为了解不同氮添加对盐碱地湖南稷子(Echinochloa frumentacea)碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)和钾(K)生态化学计量特征的影响及不同氮添加处理下湖南稷子内稳性变化,以银北地区盐碱地湖南稷子为研究对象,在 N0、N0.5、N1、N2(氮添加水平依次为 0、0.5、1.0、2.0 t·667m-2)4 个氮添加处理下布设为期两年的氮添加试验.结果表明:不同氮添加后土壤与湖南稷子的 C、N、P、K 含量差异显著(p<0.05),第 1 年 N0.5 处理下湖南稷子的 C、N、P、K 含量最高,第 2年湖南稷子 N、P 含量呈下降趋势;湖南稷子 C、N、C∶P、C∶K、N∶P 与土壤 N 含量、N∶P、全盐、P 含量呈正相关关系(p<0.05),湖南稷子 P、K 含量、C∶N 与土壤 C∶N、pH 值、C∶P、C∶K、C 含量呈正相关关系(p<0.05);湖南稷子生态化学计量均表现出显著的内稳性特征,C∶N 内稳性指数最高.不同时期湖南稷子的内稳性表现为:2022 年内稳性高于 2023 年.研究发现氮添加会提升土壤与湖南稷子养分含量,土壤 C、C∶N 为影响湖南稷子主要因素,氮添加下湖南稷子维持着与外界环境之间保持平衡状态的能力.

In order to investigate the effects of different nitrogen additions on the ecological stoiometric characteristics of carbon(C),nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)of Echinochloa frumentacea in saline-alkali land and the changes of homeostasis of Echinochloa frumentacea under different nitrogen additions,taking Echinochloa frumentacea in saline-alkali land in the north of Yinchuan area as the research object,a 2-year nitrogen addition experiment was conducted under four nitrogen addition treatments:N0,N0.5,N1,N2(nitrogen addition levels were 0,0.5,1.0,2.0 t·667m-2,in sequence).The results show that:There were significant differences in the contents of C,N,P and K between soil and Echinochloa frumentacea after different nitrogen addition(p<0.05),the contents of C,N,P and K in Echinochloa frumentacea were the highest in the first year of N0.5 treatment,and the contents of N and P in Echinochloa frumentacea were decreased in the second year;the contents of C,N,C∶P,C∶K,N∶P in Echinochloa frumentacea were positively correlated with the contents of soil N,N∶P,total salt and P(p<0.05),and the contents of P,K,C∶N in Echinochloa frumentacea were positively correlated with the contents of soil C∶N,pH value,C∶P,C∶K and C(p<0.05).The ecological stoichiometry of Echinochloa frumentacea showed significant homeostasis characteristics,and the C∶N homeostasis index was the highest.The homeostasis of Echinochloa frumentacea under different periods was as follows:the homeostasis in 2022 was higher than that in 2023.It was found that nitrogen addition could increase the nutrient content of soil and Echinochloa frumentacea,soil C and C∶N were the main factors affecting Echinochloa frumentacea,and the ability to maintain the balance with the external environment under nitrogen addition.
