万峰湖枯、丰水期浮游动物群落结构特征及水环境评价OA

Structural characteristics of zooplankton communities and water quality assessment in Wanfeng Lake during low and high flow period

为探究万峰湖浮游动物群落结构时空格局及与环境因子的关系,于枯水期(9 月)和丰水期(5 月)开展生态调查.运用非度量多纬尺度分析(Non-metric multidimensional scaling,NMDS)、冗余分析(Redundancy analysis,RDA)对万峰湖浮游动物群落结构进行研究.共检出浮游动物 3 门 34 属 84 种,主要类群为轮虫和原生动物,占总数的 61.29%,两水文时期共有优势种为螺形龟甲轮虫(Keratella cochlearis)、曲腿龟甲轮虫(Keratella valga),优势种更替率为 63.4%,优势种种类差异较大,群落结构整体趋于小型化,表明不同水期优势种的变化较大.万峰湖枯、丰水期浮游动物密度、生物量平均值分别为 1856.3 ind.·L-1、13.94 mg·L-1,密度与生物量均存在水平空间差异、水期差异(P<0.05),垂直差异不显著(P>0.05);NMDS 排序结果表明,空间内各样点离散程度不同,群落结构存在不同程度的时空差异.万峰湖两水期浮游动物功能群均以 PF、RF 占优,功能群组成水期差异较大.RDA(冗余分析)排序结果显示,氨氮、溶氧、盐度为显著影响因子(P<0.05).万峰湖浮游动物周年可提供鱼生产力为 11001.1098 t,滤食性鱼类的最大环境承载力为 833 ind.·hm-2.除丰富度指数外,万峰湖多样性指数均存在时空差异;水体整体处于轻度—中度污染状态,营养状况为中营养型.本研究结果可为该地区水生态环境保护和科学管理提供本底资料.

To investigate the temporal and spatial patterns of the zooplankton community structure in Wanfeng Lake and its relationship with environmental factors,ecological surveys were conducted during the dry season(September)and the wet season(May).Non-metric multidimensional scaling(NMDS)and redundancy analysis(RDA)were employed to study the zooplankton community structure.A total of 84 species belonging to 34 genera across 3 phyla were identified,with the main groups being rotifers and protozoa,which accounted for 61.29%of the total abundance.The dominant species during both hydrological periods included Keratella cochlearis and Keratella valga,with a turnover rate of dominant species at 63.4%,indicating significant variations in dominant species between the two periods.The average density and biomass of zooplankton in Wanfeng Lake during the dry and wet seasons were 1856.3 ind·L-1 and 13.94 mg·L-1,respectively.Both density and biomass exhibited significant horizontal and temporal variations(P<0.05),while vertical differences were not significant(P>0.05).NMDS ordination results revealed varying degrees of spatial dispersion among sampling sites,indicating different levels of temporal and spatial differences in community structure.The functional groups of zooplankton during both hydrological periods were predominantly represented by particulate feeders(PF)and rotifer feeders(RF),with considerable differences in functional group composition between the two periods.RDA results indicated that ammonia nitrogen,dissolved oxygen,and salinity were significant influencing factors(P<0.05).Based on the annual data from both hydrological periods,the zooplankton community in Wanfeng Lake could support a fish productivity of 11001.1098 tons,with a maximum environmental carrying capacity for filter-feeding fish of 833 ind·hm-2.Except for the richness index,all other diversity indices of the zooplankton community exhibited temporal and spatial variations.The overall water quality status was classified as mildly to moderately polluted,with a mesotrophic nutritional condition.The findings of this study provide baseline data for the ecological protection and scientific management of the aquatic environment in the region.
