医学院校遗传学课程的创新教学:多维探索和深度思考OA
Innovative Teaching of Genetics in Medical Colleges:Multidimensional Exploration and In-depth Reflection
遗传学作为生物技术专业的核心基础课程,在学生专业知识体系构建、专业技能提升以及创新能力培养中发挥着奠基性作用.针对教学过程中存在的知识点碎片化、理论与实际应用脱节、医学案例占比不足、课程思政融入深度不够等问题,笔者开展了多维度的探索与实践:采用持续性追问教学模式激活理论课堂的创新思维,开设设计性实验强化实践技能与应用结合,优化课程内容体系增强知识的系统性,深挖思政元素实现价值引领,同时联动课外创新项目及学科竞赛形成多维训练体系,最终推动课程知识的系统化整合.实践结果表明,上述举措不仅显著提升了课堂教学实效、提高了学生学业成绩,而且增强了学生的知识应用能力,学生对该创新教学体系的满意度和接受度普遍较高.本研究的系列探索和实践,不仅可为学生后续专业课程学习与继续深造筑牢基础,更有益于培养具备医学背景的现代生物技术专业人才,最终助力其在医药领域实现知识应用与创新突破.
Genetics,as a core basic course for biotechnology majors,plays a foundational role in the con-struction of students' professional knowledge systems,the improvement of professional skills and the culti-vation of innovative abilities.In view of the problems existing in the teaching process,such as fragmented knowledge,a theory-practice gap,an insufficient proportion of medical cases,and superficial integration of ideological and political education,multi-dimensional exploration and practice have been carried out.By adopting a continuous questioning teaching mode to activate innovative thinking in theoretical classrooms,offering design-oriented experiments to strengthen the combination of practical skills and application,opti-mizing the curriculum content system to enhance knowledge coherence,deeply integrating ideological and political elements to achieve value guidance,and linking extracurricular innovative projects and subject competitions to form a multi-dimensional training system,the systematic integration of curriculum knowledge is ultimately promoted.The practical results show that these initiatives have not only significantly improved the teaching effectiveness and raised students' academic performance,but also enhanced their ability to ap-ply knowledge.Students generally show high levels of satisfaction and acceptance regarding this innovative teaching system.The explorations and practices of this study not only lay a solid foundation for students' subsequent studies in specialized courses and further academic pursuits,but also help cultivate modern biotechnology professionals with a medical background,ultimately enabling them to achieve knowledge ap-plication and innovative breakthroughs in the field of medicine.
