幼龄阶段是反刍动物微生物定植、胃肠道发育的窗口期,该阶段益生菌的定植对消化道健康及后期的生长发育都非常关键.乳杆菌是幼龄反刍动物肠道的优势益生菌,故其早期定植至关重要.本文系统综述了幼龄反刍动物肠道乳杆菌的定植规律,包括乳杆菌在不同肠道区段的空间分布特征,以及其随日龄的动态变化,分析了影响其定植与生长的关键碳氮营养素,如日粮纤维、寡糖、氨基酸、小肽等,并探讨了乳杆菌对肠道微生态平衡、免疫调节及屏障功能的影响,以推动乳杆菌定植机制及功能的深入研究,为幼龄反刍动物肠道微生态健康的调控提供参考.

The juvenile stage is a critical window for microbial colonization and gastrointestinal development in ruminants,and probiotic colonization during this period is crucial for the digestive health and subsequent growth and development of the animals.Lactobacillus represents the dominant probiotic in the intestines of young ruminants,making its early colonization particularly important.This article systematically reviews the colonization patterns of Lactobacillus in the intestines of young ruminants,including its spatial distribution in different sections of the gut and dynamic changes with age.It analyzes key carbon and nitrogen nutrients affecting its colonization and growth,such as dietary fiber,oligosaccharides,amino acids,and small peptides,and discusses the effects of Lactobacillus on gut microecological balance,immune regulation,and barrier function.The review aims to promote a deeper understanding of the colonization mechanisms and functions of Lactobacillus and provide insights for regulating gut microecological health in juvenile ruminants.
