发酵饲料对斑点叉尾鮰幼鱼肠道发育、抗氧化能力及免疫功能的影响OA
Effects of fermented feed on intestinal development,antioxidant capacity,and immune function of juvenile Ictalurus punctatus
试验旨在探究发酵饲料对斑点叉尾鮰幼鱼肠道发育、抗氧化能力及免疫功能的影响.选取216 000尾初始体重(100.79±10.23)g的健康斑点叉尾鮰,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复12 000尾.对照组(S0组)全程投喂基础饲料,间隔投喂组(S1组)每5 d用发酵饲料替代20%的基础饲料,持续投喂组(S2组)全程用发酵饲料替代20%的基础饲料.预试期14 d,正式试验期180 d.结果显示,与S0组相比,S1组亮氨酸氨基肽酶(LAP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性显著提高(P<0.05).S1组和S2组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,以及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、总谷胱甘肽(T-GSH)含量显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05).S1组和S2组溶菌酶(LZM)、总一氧化氮合酶(T-NOS)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)活性及一氧化氮(NO)含量显著提高(P<0.05),结构型一氧化氮合酶(cNOS)活性显著降低(P<0.05).S1组AKP活性显著高于S2组(P<0.05).研究表明,发酵饲料可以促进斑点叉尾鮰幼鱼的肠道发育,增强抗氧化能力和免疫功能.综合各项指标,持续投喂和间隔投喂两种投喂方式应用效果相当,在实际生产中,采用间隔投喂方式即可.
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of fermented feed on the intestinal development,antioxidant capacity,and immune function of juvenile Ictalurus punctatus.A total of 216 000 healthy Ictalurus punctatus with an initial weight of(100.79±10.23)g were randomly divided into three groups,with six replicates per group and 12 000 fish per replicate.The control group(group S0)was fed with basic feed throughout the entire process,the interval feeding group(group S1)was fed with fermented feed every five days instead of 20%of basic feed,and the continuous feeding group(group S2)was fed with fermented feed instead of 20%of basic feed throughout the entire process.The pre-test period was 14 days,and the formal test period was 180 days.The results showed that compared with the group S0,the activities of leucine aminopeptidase(LAP)and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)in the group S1 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),and the concentrations of reduced glutathione(GSH)and total glutathione(T-GSH)in the groups S1 and S2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The activities of lysozyme(LZM),total nitric oxide synthase(T-NOS),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),and nitric oxide(NO)content in the groups S1 and S2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the activity of structural nitric oxide synthase(cNOS)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The AKP activity in the group S1 was significantly higher than that in the group S2(P<0.05).The study shows that fermented feed can promote intestinal development,enhance antioxidant capacity,and immune function in juvenile Ictalurus punctatus.Based on various indicators,the application effects of continuous feeding and interval feeding are comparable.In actual production,interval feeding is sufficient.
