试验旨在探究浒苔粉(EP)替代海带粉对绿盘鲍(Haliotis discus hannai ♀×H.fulgens ♂)生长性能、消化酶活性、血清抗氧化、免疫指标及肠道菌群结构的影响.选取168只体重(34.82±1.38)g的绿盘鲍,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复14只.对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲料,试验组分别使用10%(EP10组)、20%(EP20组)和30%EP(EP30组)替代基础饲料中相同水平海带粉.预试期2 w,正式试验期8 w.结果显示,与CON组相比,试验组成活率(SR)、增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)和饲料系数(FCR),肝胰腺中胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶和α-淀粉酶活性,以及肌肉营养成分无显著差异(P>0.05).肠道中弧菌科在CON组富集,变形菌门在EP30组富集.EP20组和EP30组血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著提高(P<0.05),EP30组血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性显著降低(P<0.05),EP20组谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著提高(P<0.05).研究表明,EP完全替代海带粉对绿盘鲍的消化酶活性、肠道结构、肌肉营养成分及肠道菌群多样性均无显著影响.综合各项指标,实际应用中建议将EP替代比例控制在10%以内,以兼顾生长性能与机体健康.

This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of replacing kelp meal with Enteromorpha prolifera meal(EP)on the growth performance,digestive enzyme activities,serum antioxidant,immune indices,and intestinal microbiota structure of green abalones(Haliotis discus hannai ♀×H.fulgens ♂).A total of 168 green abalones with body weight of(34.82±1.38)g were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates per group and 14 green abalones per replicate.The control group(group CON)was fed a basal diet,and the experimental groups received 10%(group EP10),20%(group EP20),and 30%EP(group EP30)as substitutes for the same level of kelp meal in the basal diet.The pre-trial period lasted for two weeks,and the formal trial period lasted for eight weeks.The results showed that compared with group CON,there were no significant differences in the survival rate(SR),weight gain rate(WGR),specific growth rate(SGR),feed conversion rate(FCR),activities of trypsin,lipase,and α-amylase in the hepatopancreas,and muscle nutrient composition among the experimental groups(P>0.05).In the intestine,Vibrionaceae was enriched in group CON,while Proteobacteria was enriched in group EP30.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the serum of groups EP20 and EP30 was significantly increased(P<0.05).The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and acid phosphatase(ACP)in the serum of group EP30 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).And the activity of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in group EP20 was significantly increased(P<0.05).The study shows that replacement of kelp meal with EP has no significant effects on digestive enzyme activities,intestinal structure,muscle nutrient composition,and intestinal microbiota diversity and richness of green abalone.Considering all indices comprehensively,it is recommended to control the EP replacement level within 10%in practical applications to balance growth performance and organism health.
