试验旨在探究中草药和植物提取物菌酶复合制剂对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响.选取150只90日龄体重相近的健康黄羽肉鸡,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,中草药组在基础饲粮中添加1 500 g/t中草药,植物提取物菌酶组在基础饲粮中添加1 000 g/t植物提取物菌酶复合制剂.试验期21 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,植物提取物菌酶组平均日增重提高,料重比降低;中草药组和植物提取物菌酶组全净膛率有所提高,腹脂率分别降低6.67%和1.52%.中草药组胸肌剪切力最小.植物提取物菌酶组胸肌24 h的亮度(L*)值显著降低(P<0.05),腿肌24 h的红度(a*)值显著提高(P<0.05);中草药组腿肌45 min的L*值显著提高(P<0.05).研究表明,在基础饲粮中添加植物提取物菌酶复合制剂可以促进肉鸡生长,降低料重比,改善肉色;添加中草药可以改善肌肉嫩度,减少腹脂沉积.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Chinese herbal medicine and plant extract bacterial enzyme complex preparation on the growth performance,slaughter performance,and meat quality of yellow-feathered broiler chickens.A total of 150 healthy yellow-feathered broiler chickens of similar weight at 90 days of age were randomly divided into three groups,with five replicates per group and ten chickens per replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet,the Chinese herbal medicine group was added with 1 500 g/t of Chinese herbal medicine in the basal diet,and the plant extract bacterial enzyme group was added with 1 000 g/t of plant extract bacterial enzyme complex preparation in the basal diet.The test period was 21 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the plant extract bacterial enzyme group showed an increase in average daily gain and a decrease in feed to gain ratio.The eviscerated percentage of the Chinese herbal medicine group and the plant extract bacterial enzyme group increased,and the abdominal fat rate decreased by 6.67%and 1.52%,respectively.The Chinese herbal medicine group had the smallest chest muscle shear force.The 24-hour brightness(L*)value of the breast muscle in the plant extract bacterial enzyme group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the 24-hour redness(a*)value of the leg muscle was significantly increased(P<0.05).The 45-minute L* value of leg muscle in the Chinese herbal medicine group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The study shows that adding plant extract bacterial enzyme complex preparation to basic feed can promote the growth,reduce feed to gain ratio,and improve meat color of broiler chickens.Adding Chinese herbal medicine can improve muscle tenderness and reduce abdominal fat deposition.
