试验旨在探究由地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌及β-甘露聚糖酶复配而成的菌酶复合制剂对蛋鸡产蛋性能、营养物质表观代谢率、免疫功能及肠道健康的影响.选取384只70周龄、体况相近的健康海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复16只.对照组(CK组)饲喂基础饲粮,低剂量组(L组)、中剂量组(M组)和高剂量组(H组)分别在基础饲粮中添加0.02%复合菌剂+0.001%β-甘露聚糖酶、0.04%复合菌剂+0.001%β-甘露聚糖酶、0.08%复合菌剂+0.001%β-甘露聚糖酶.预试期7 d,正式试验期56 d.结果显示,与CK组相比,M组料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05),干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和磷的表观代谢率显著提高(P<0.05),血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著提高(P<0.05),十二指肠中α-淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性显著提高(P<0.05).试验组肠道细菌、真菌Alpha多样性无显著差异(P>0.05).真菌门水平上,与CK组相比,L组、M组和H组子囊菌门相对丰度升高,担子菌门和壶菌门相对丰度下降;真菌属水平上,与CK组相比,L组和M组细杆菌属、镰刀菌属、篮状菌属相对丰度下降,毕赤酵母属和半乳糖酵母属相对丰度升高.研究表明,基础饲粮中添加0.04%复合菌剂+0.001%β-甘露聚糖酶,可以有效提高蛋鸡产蛋性能、营养物质表观代谢率及免疫功能,调节肠道菌群结构并提高有益菌相对丰度.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of a complex probiotic-enzyme preparation composed of Bacillus licheniformis,Bacillus subtilis,and β-mannanase on the laying performance,nutrient apparent metabolic rate,immune function,and intestinal health of laying hens.A total of 384 healthy 70-week-old Hy-Line brown laying hens with similar body condition were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates per group and 16 hens per replicate.The control group(group CK)was fed a basal diet,while the low-dose(group L),medium-dose(group M),and high-dose groups(group H)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.02%complex probiotic agent+0.001%β-mannanase,0.04%complex probiotic agent+0.001%β-mannanase,and 0.08%complex probiotic agent+0.001%β-mannanase,respectively.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 56 days.The results showed that compared with group CK,the feed-to-egg ratio in group M was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the apparent metabolic rates of dry matter,crude protein,crude fat,and phosphorus were significantly increased(P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in serum were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the activities of α-amylase and lipase in the duodenum were significantly increased(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in bacterial and fungal Alpha diversity in groups L,M,and H(P>0.05).At the fungal phylum level,compared with group CK,the relative abundance of Ascomycota in groups L,M,and H was increased,while the relative abundances of Basidiomycota and Chytridiomycota were decreased.At the fungal genus level,compared with group CK,the relative abundances of Leptobacillium,Fusarium,and Talaromyces in groups L and M were decreased,while the relative abundances of Pichia and Galactomyces were increased.The study shows that supplementation of the basal diet with 0.04%complex probiotic agent+0.001%β-mannanase can effectively improve laying performance,nutrient apparent metabolic rate,and immune function,modulate intestinal microbiota structure,and increase the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria of laying hens.
