Effects of fermented corn cobs on growth performance,serum biochemistry,and intestinal development of Hy-Line brown chicks

试验旨在探究发酵玉米芯对海兰褐雏鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数、血清生化、肝脏生化及肠道发育的影响.选取240只1日龄海兰褐雏鸡,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复12只.对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加2%(FCC1组)、4%(FCC2组)、6%(FCC3组)及8%(FCC4组)的发酵玉米芯.预试期7 d,正式试验期35 d.结果显示,与CON组相比,FCC2组和FCC3组平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05).FCC4 组胸腺指数显著降低(P<0.05).FCC1 组和 FCC2 组血清谷草转氨酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),FCC2组血清甘油三酯含量显著降低(P<0.05);FCC3组肝脏碱性磷酸酶活性显著提高(P<0.05).FCC2组和FCC3组空肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05),空肠绒隐比显著提高(P<0.05);FCC4组回肠绒毛高度显著提高(P<0.05),FCC2组和FCC4组回肠绒隐比显著提高(P<0.05).研究表明,饲粮中添加发酵玉米芯对海兰褐雏鸡生长性能和免疫器官指数具有积极影响,可以缓解雏鸡肝细胞损伤,促进肝脏脂质代谢、骨骼生长发育和肠道形态发育,发酵玉米芯适宜添加量为4%.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of fermented corn cobs on the growth performance,immune organ index,serum biochemistry,liver biochemistry,and intestinal development of Hy-Line brown chicks.A total of 240 one-day-old Hy-Line brown chicks were randomly divided into five groups,with four replicates per group and 12 chicks per replicate.The control group(group CON)was fed with basal diet,while the experimental groups were supplemented with 2%(group FCC1),4%(group FCC2),6%(group FCC3),and 8%(group FCC4)of fermented corn cobs in the basal diet,respectively.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 35 days.The results showed that compared with the group CON,the average daily feed intake in groups FCC2 and FCC3 was significantly increased(P<0.05).The thymus index of group FCC4 was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The serum alanine aminotransferase activity was significantly increased in groups FCC1 and FCC2(P<0.05),while the serum triglyceride content was significantly decreased in group FCC2(P<0.05).The activity of alkaline phosphatase in the liver of group FCC3 was significantly increased(P<0.05).The crypt depth of the jejunal in groups FCC2 and FCC3 was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the villus height to crypt depth ratio of the jejunum was significantly increased(P<0.05).The villus height of the ileum in the group FCC4 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the villus height to crypt depth ratio of the ileum in the groups FCC2 and FCC4 was significantly increased(P<0.05).The study shows that supplementing fermented corn cobs to the diet has a positive effect on the growth performance and immune organ index of Hy-Line brown chicks,which can alleviate liver cell damage,promote liver lipid metabolism,bone growth and development,and intestinal morphology development.The appropriate addition amount of fermented corn cobs is 4%.
