试验旨在通过体外产气法及尼龙袋法,探究燕麦草替代不同比例玉米秸秆对湖羊体外产气量、发酵参数及瘤胃降解特性的影响,进而确定燕麦草在湖羊生产中的适宜比例.燕麦草以0(CON组)、25%(25%替代组)、50%(50%替代组)、75%(75%替代组)、100%(100%替代组)的比例替代玉米秸秆,采集瘘管湖羊瘤胃液开展体外产气与尼龙袋试验,测定产气参数、发酵液参数及瘤胃降解率.结果显示,燕麦草对72 h累计产气量影响不显著(P>0.05),25%、50%和75%替代组的快速产气量极显著高于CON组和100%替代组(P<0.01),50%替代组的慢速产气量和潜在产气量显著高于除75%替代组外的其他组(P<0.05).100%替代组的菌体蛋白含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),氨态氮含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05).25%替代组的6 h干物质降解率极显著高于其他组(P<0.01);75%替代组和100%替代组的慢速降解部分显著高于25%替代组和50%替代组(P<0.05).75%替代组的24 h粗蛋白降解率显著高于除100%替代组外的其他组(P<0.05);CON组和25%替代组的24 h中性洗涤纤维降解率显著高于75%替代组和100%替代组(P<0.05);100%替代组的48 h时酸性洗涤纤维降解率最高,显著高于50%替代组(P<0.05).75%替代组的粗蛋白有效降解率极显著高于其他组(P<0.01).研究表明,当燕麦草以50%~75%的比例替代玉米秸秆(即燕麦草在饲粮中占比10%~15%)时,饲粮的氮释放速率最优,且营养利用效率最高.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different proportions of oat hay replacing corn straw on the in vitro gas production,fermentation parameters,and rumen degradation characteristics of Hu sheep through in vitro gas production and nylon bag techniques,and to determine the appropriate ratio of oat hay in Hu sheep production.Oat hay was used to replace corn straw in proportions of 0(CON group),25%(25%substitution group),50%(50%substitution group),75%(75%substitution group),and 100%(100%substitution group),and rumen fluid was collected from fistula sheep for in vitro gas production and nylon bag experiments to determine gas production parameters,fermentation parameters,and rumen degradation rate.The results showed that the substitution ratio of oat hay had no significant effect on the 72 hour cumulative gas production(P>0.05).The rapid gas production of the 25%,50%,and 75%substitution groups was extremely higher than that of the CON group and the 100%substitution group(P<0.01),and the slow gas production and potential gas production of the 50%substitution group were significantly higher than those of the other groups except for the 75%substitution group(P<0.05).The content of bacterial protein in the 100%substitution group was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05),and the ammonia nitrogen content was significantly lower than that of the other groups(P<0.05).The 6-hour dry matter degradation rate of the 25%substitution group was extremely higher than that of the other groups(P<0.01),and the slow degradation of the 75%and 100%substitution groups was significantly higher than that of the 25%and 50%substitution groups(P<0.05).The 24-hour crude protein degradation rate of the 75%substitution group was significantly higher than that of the other groups except for the 100%substitution group(P<0.05),and the 24-hour neutral detergent fiber degradation rate of the CON group and the 25%substitution group was significantly higher than that of the 75%and the 100%substitution groups(P<0.05).The 48-hour degradation rate of acidic detergent fiber was highest in the 100%substitution group,significantly higher than that in the 50%substitution group(P<0.05).The effective degradation rate of crude protein in the 75%substitution group was extremely higher than that in the other groups(P<0.01).The study shows that when oat hay is used to replace corn straw at a ratio of 50%to 75%(oat hay accounts for 10%to 15%of the feed),the nitrogen release rate of the feed is optimal and the nutrient utilization efficiency is highest.
