Effects of dietary betaine supplementation on rumen fermentation parameters and microfloras of perinatal Wendeng dairy goats

试验旨在探究饲粮中添加不同剂量甜菜碱对围产期文登奶山羊瘤胃发酵参数及微生物的影响.选取48只体重(43.93±9.96)kg、配种时间相近且处于产前3 w左右的初产文登奶山羊,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复3只.对照组(CG组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加6(BET1组)、12(BET2组)和18 g/(只·d)甜菜碱(BET3组).预试期7 d,正式试验期50 d.结果显示,与CG组相比,BET1组瘤胃液pH值显著降低(P<0.05),BET3组瘤胃液乙酸(AA)含量显著降低(P<0.05).与CG组相比,BET2组和BET3组中拟杆菌科RF16群、梭状芽孢杆菌科vadinBB60群和WCHB1-41的相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05),BET2组中厌氧绳菌科和月形单胞菌科的相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05),BET1组中上述菌群及月形单胞菌属的相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05).相关性分析表明,WCHB1-41与氨态氮(NH3-N)呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),梭状芽孢杆菌科vadinBB60群、拟杆菌科RF16群、梭状芽孢杆菌属vadinBB60群和拟杆菌属RF16群与NH3-N呈显著正相关(P<0.05),丁酸弧菌属与异丁酸(IBA)呈显著负相关(P<0.05).研究表明,饲粮中添加12 g/(只·d)的甜菜碱可以优化文登奶山羊瘤胃发酵参数,促进有益菌增殖.

This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different doses of dietary betaine on the rumen fermentation parameters and microfloras of perinatal Wendeng dairy goats.A total of 48 primiparous Wendeng dairy goats with similar mating time,body weight of(43.93±9.96)kg,and at about three weeks prepartum,were randomly divided into four groups with four replicates per group and three goats per replicate.The control group(group CG)was fed a basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 6(group BET1),12(group BET2),and 18 g/d betaine per goat(group BET3),respectively.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 50 days.The results showed that compared with group CG,the rumen fluid pH value in group BET1 was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the rumen fluid acetic acid(AA)content in group BET3 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with group CG,the relative abundances of RF16 group of Bacteroidetes,vadinBB60 group of Clostridia,and WCHB1-41 in groups BET2 and BET3 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The relative abundances of Anaerolineaceae and Selenomonadaceae in group BET2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).While the relative abundances of the above-mentioned bacterial groups and Selenomonas in group BET1 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the WCHB1-41 was extremely positively correlated with ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)(P<0.01).The Clostridiaceae vadinBB60 group,Bacteroidaceae RF16 group,Clostridium vadinBB60 group,Bacteroides RF16 group were significantly positively correlated with NH3-N(P<0.05).The Butyrivibrio was significantly negatively correlated with isobutyric acid(IBA)(P<0.05).The study shows that dietary supplementation with 12 g/d betaine per goat can optimize rumen fermentation,promote the proliferation of beneficial bacteria.
