ANF/PMIA复合薄膜的制备及其击穿强度研究OA
Study on Preparation and Breakdown Strength of ANF/PMIA Composite Film
采用去质子化法制备芳纶纳米纤维(ANF),而后将ANF与聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺(PMIA)复合,得到A-P复合薄膜.基于ANF表面丰富的活性基团以及优异的物化特性,探究ANF对A-P复合薄膜机械性能、击穿强度和介电性能的影响.结果表明:当ANF质量分数为0.5%时,A-P复合薄膜的拉伸强度和击穿强度分别增加至96.9 MPa和373.4 MV/m,较纯PMIA分别提升23.4%和49.9%.ANF能够提升A-P复合薄膜的介电常数,其A-P复合薄膜在测试频率范围内的介电损耗均低于0.1,满足高绝缘领域的应用需求.研究结果为开发新型有机绝缘薄膜提供参考.
Aramid nanofibers(ANF)were prepared via a deprotonation method,and subsequently compounded with poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide)(PMIA)to obtain A-P composite films.Based on the abundant active groups on the ANF surface and its excellent physicochemical properties,the effects of ANF on the mechanical properties,breakdown strength,and dielectric properties of A-P composite films were investigated.The results indicated that when the ANF mass fraction was 0.5%,the tensile strength and breakdown strength of the A-P composite film increased to 96.9 MPa and 373.4 MV/m,respectively,representing an improvement of 23.4%and 49.9%compared with pure PMIA.ANF enhanced the dielectric constant of the A-P composite film while maintaining dielectric loss below 0.1 across the test frequency range,meeting the application requirements for high-insulation fields.The findings provided a reference for the development of novel organic insulating films.
