纳米氧化铈/线性低密度聚乙烯农用紫外屏蔽膜的制备及性能研究OA
Preparation and Performance Study of Nano Cerium Oxide/Linear Low-density Polyethylene Agricultural Ultraviolet Shielding Membrane
采用砂磨机制备纳米氧化铈(Nano-CeO2)粉体,研究3种分散剂对Nano-CeO2粉体的粒径分布及形貌的影响,通过熔融共混造粒、挤出吹塑工艺制备含有Nano-CeO2的线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)农用紫外屏蔽膜,并对其性能进行评估.结果表明,添加分散剂阴离子型聚羧酸盐分散剂(CE64)和改性脂肪酸酯分散剂(RB)制备的Nano-CeO2粒径在50 nm左右,薄膜表面光滑,无大颗粒物团聚.添加CE64和RB的薄膜在紫外区有较高的吸光度,表明这两种紫外屏蔽膜可以吸收太阳光中对植物生长有害的紫外线,有效实现光质调控.3种紫外屏蔽膜的透光性略微下降,说明Nano-CeO2对薄膜的透光性影响较小.3种紫外屏蔽膜的力学性能均有所提升.
Nano-cerium oxide(Nano-CeO2)powder was prepared using a sand mill,and the effects of three dispersants on the particle size distribution and morphology of Nano-CeO2 powder were investigated.Linear low-density polyethylene(LLDPE)agricultural ultraviolet shielding membranes containing Nano-CeO2 were fabricated through melt blending,granulation,and extrusion blow molding processes,and their properties were evaluated.The results showed that Nano-CeO2 prepared with dispersants anionic polycarboxylate dispersant(CE64)and modified fatty acid ester(RB)exhibited particle sizes around 50 nm,and the membrane surfaces were smooth without large particle agglomeration.The membranes containing CE64 and RB demonstrated high absorbance in the ultraviolet region,indicating that these two ultraviolet shielding membranes could absorb harmful ultraviolet light in sunlight for plant growth and effectively achieve light quality regulation.The light transmittance of three ultraviolet shielding membranes decreased slightly,indicating that Nano-CeO2 has a minimal effect on the light transmittance of the thin film.The mechanical properties of all three ultraviolet shielding membranes were improved.
