溶胶-凝胶法制备SiO2/有机硅杂化涂层的耐候性能研究OA
Study on Weather Resistance of SiO2/Organosilicon Hybrid Coatings Prepared by Sol-gel Method
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备SiO2/有机硅杂化涂层,系统研究不同物质的量比的正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)与甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)对涂层结构和耐候性能的影响.通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射、接触角测试、附着力测试、光泽度测试等手段对涂层进行表征.采用人工加速老化试验评价涂层的耐候性能,考察紫外老化对涂层性能的影响.结果表明:当TEOS与MTMS物质的量比为1∶1时,Si—O—Si网络结构最为完善,涂层具有优异的疏水性能,水接触角达到103°;经过1 000 h紫外老化后,涂层光泽度保持率为87.5%,附着力等级保持在1级,表面未出现明显开裂和脱落现象.SiO2/有机硅杂化涂层表现出优异的耐候性能,在户外防护涂料领域具有广阔的应用前景.
SiO2/organosilicon hybrid coatings were prepared via the sol-gel method,and the effects of different amount of substance ratios of tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)to methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMS)on the coating structure and weather resistance were systematically investigated.The coatings were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,contact angle measurement,adhesion testing,and gloss measurement.The weather resistance of the coatings was evaluated through artificial accelerated aging tests,and the influence of UV aging on coating performance was examined.The results showed that when the amount of substance ratio of TEOS to MTMS was 1∶1,the Si—O—Si network structure was most well-developed,and the coating exhibited excellent hydrophobic performance with a water contact angle of 103°.After 1 000 h of UV aging,the coating maintained a gloss retention rate of 87.5%,an adhesion rating of Grade 1,and no obvious cracking or peeling was observed on the surface.The SiO2/organosilicon hybrid coatings demonstrated outstanding weathering resistance and possess broad application prospects in the field of outdoor protective coatings.
