柔性纤维素复合膜的制备及性能研究OA

Study on Preparation and Properties of Flexible Cellulose Composite Films

以植酸(PA)为交联剂,引入聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)和聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP),采用涂覆法制备一系列柔性纤维素复合膜.结果表明:复合膜在3 301、1 631、1 200 cm-1处的红外吸收峰明显,复合膜微观下由不规则长条交织而成,表面粗糙,孔洞结构明显,孔隙率为42.2%~14.5%,最大拉伸应力为14.8 MPa.其中,在1.0 g PVDF和0.5 g PVP中引入0.5 mL PA的SF-2综合性能较优,亲水性好,接触角约为43.2°,最大拉伸应力为13.25 MPa,溶胀率为73.1%,纯水通量为130.8 L/(m2·h).以亚甲基蓝和吲哚菁绿为染料模型研究其吸附性能,吸附量分别为2 378.19 mg/kg和9 312.18 mg/kg,吸附机理均符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir吸附等温曲线.

A series of flexible cellulose composite films were prepared by the coating method using phytic acid(PA)as a cross-linking agent,with the incorporation of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP).The results showed that the composite films exhibited distinct infrared absorption peaks at 3 301,1 631,1 200 cm-1.Under microscopic observation,the films consisted of interlaced irregular elongated structures with rough surfaces and obvious pore structures,with porosity ranging from 42.2%to 14.5%,and a maximum tensile stress of 14.8 MPa.Among them,SF-2,introduced with 0.5 mL PA in 1.0 g PVDF and 0.5 g PVP,demonstrated relatively superior overall properties and good hydrophilicity,with a contact angle of approximately 43.2°,a maximum tensile stress of 13.25 MPa,a swelling ratio of 73.1%,and a pure water flux of 130.8 L/(m2·h).The adsorption performance was investigated using methylene blue and indocyanine green as dye models,with the adsorption capacities of 2 378.19 mg/kg and 9 312.18 mg/kg,respectively.The adsorption mechanisms for both dyes conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.
