华南板块西缘个旧白沙冲花岗岩地球化学特征、构造背景及铀成矿潜力探讨OACHSSCD
Geochemical Characteristics,Tectonic Setting,and Uranium Metallogenic Potential of the Baishachong Granite in Gejiu,Western Margin of the South China Block
华南板块西缘个旧地区出露有多个燕山期花岗岩体,是锡、稀土等多金属成矿区,多金属矿与花岗岩关系密切,其岩石成因和构造背景对揭示华南中生代构造演化具有重要意义,且该地区岩浆岩岩体铀元素丰度较高.论文基于野外地质调查,对该区白沙冲岩体开展岩石学、地球化学、锆石 U-Pb 年代学分析,并与华南地区著名产铀岩体进行对比研究.调查发现白沙冲岩体主要岩性为中细粒黑云母花岗岩.通过锆石 U-Pb 测得岩体年龄为 89.4±2.4 Ma,与该区不同类型的岩浆岩时代类似,均为燕山晚期活动产物.地球化学特征显示,其高硅、高钾,显著 Eu 负异常,富集轻稀土元素,10 000×Ga/Al 大于 2.6,锆饱和温度 772~855℃,具高分异 A 型花岗岩特征.该岩体的 Nb/Ta、Zr/Hf 比值接近陆壳组成,结合 Nd 同位素,表明其来源于大陆地壳.结合区域地质、地球化学、年代学等特征,认为个旧白沙冲岩体形成于与新特提斯俯冲有关的伸展构造背景.该岩体与华南地区产铀岩体地质、地化特征对比分析显示出一定相似性,结合该岩体地质特征以及丰富的地表铀异常信息,认为白沙冲岩体具有较好的铀成矿潜力.
Multiple Yanshanian granite are exposed in the Gejiu region,located along the western margin of the South China Block.This area represents a significant polymetallic ore district characterized by tin,REEs,and other metals.The mineralization exhibits a close genetic association with the granite.Furthermore,these magmatite display elevated uranium enrichment.Based on field geological investigations,this study conducted petrological,geochemical,and zircon U-Pb geochronological analyses of the Baishachong pluton.And comparative analysis was performed with both well-known uranium-bearing granites in South China and representative uranium-bearing granites from other regions foreign.Field investigations reveal that the Baishachong pluton is predominantly composed of medium-to-fine-grained biotite granite.zircon U-Pb weighted age dating of the Baishachong granite yields an age of 89.4±2.4 Ma.This age is comparable to those of diverse magmatic pluton within the region,indicating that they are all products of magmatic activity during the Late Yanshanian period.Geochemical analyses show that the granite is highly acidic,alkaline,characterized by the enrichment of LREEs,10 000×Ga/Al>2.6 and zircon saturation temperatures ranging from 772℃to 855℃reflect high-temperature conditions,exhibiting geochemical characteristics of highly fractionated A-type granites.The Nb/Ta and Zr/Hf ratios of the Baishachong granite are consistent with continental crustal compositions and with Nd isotopic compositions suggest that the Baishachong are mainly derived in the crustal.Through the comprehensive study of regional geology,geochronology,and geochemistry,it is inferred that the Baishachong granite pluton is a product an extensional tectonic setting which related to Neo-Tethyan subductio.Comparative analysis of the geological and geochemical characteristics between the Baishachong grantie and well-known uranium-bearing grantie domestically reveals certain similarities.Combined with the geological features and the abundant surface uranium anomalies present of the Baishachong pluton,this strongly suggests that the Baishachong granite possesses favorable potential for uranium mineralization.This study not only enhances our understanding of the formation mechanism of the Baishachong pluton but also provides significant theoretical guidance for uranium exploration in the region and for comprehending the tectonic evolution of the western margin of the South China Block and its relationship with uranium mineralization.Furthermore,it is also of great significance to explore new areas of granite-type uranium deposits in the South China region.
