金属材料力学性能测试对评估其性能及应用至关重要.常规样品受限于样品尺寸和取样难度,无法满足结构复杂、非均匀性、数量有限及特殊性质材料的测试.本文研究了金属材料小尺度试样拉伸性能的测试方法.并对测试过程中的实验设备、样品制备、标距选取、数据计算等进行详细讨论.方法研究了小尺度下不同直径以及在不同拉伸速率条件下对金属材料拉伸性能的影响.具有降低成本,提高效率和节约材料等优势,对新材料开发和服役性能评估具有重要意义.

Mechanical property testing of metallic materials is crucial for evaluating their performance and applications.Conventional samples are limited by sample size and sampling difficulty,making them unsuitable for testing materials with complex structures,non-homogeneity,limited quantity,and special properties.This paper studies the methods for testing the tensile properties of metallic materials with small-scale specimens.The experimental equipment,sample preparation,gauge length selection,and data calculation during the testing process are discussed in detail.The method investigates the influence of different diameters of small-scale samples on the tensile properties of metallic materials under different tensile rates.It has advantages such as cost reduction,efficiency improvement,and material saving,and is of great significance for the development of new materials and the evaluation of in-service performance.
