通过探索侧吹熔炼-底吹吹炼工艺协调配合,实现了全热态连续炼铜工艺.氧枪作为底吹吹炼的核心设备之一,其性能对吹炼过程中粗铜品质、搅拌强度及运行成本等有着非常重要的影响.国内某铜业采用"单枪单控"、压缩风管道"掺氮"及优化氧枪枪芯孔数等技术强化了氧枪性能,生产实践表明对强化吹炼效果明显.
By exploring the coordination of side blowing furnace and bottom blowing furnace,the fully hot continuous copper smelting process was realized.As one of the core equipment of bottom blowing,the performance of oxygen lance has a very important impact on the quality of crude copper,stirring strength and operating cost.The technology of"single lance with single control",Nitrogen mixing in compressed air pipe and optimizing the number of holes in oxygen lance core were adopted in a domestic copper industry to strengthen the performance of oxygen lance.The production practice shows that the effect of intensified blowing is obvious.
