Copper and copper alloys,as core conductor materials,play important roles in multiple key fields such as electronic information,national defense equipment,and new energy vehicles.Its excellent electrical conductivity,thermal conductivity,and good mechanical properties make copper alloys play a crucial role in promoting technological progress and industrial upgrading.In addition,these high-performance materials are widely used in various strategic fields such as cutting-edge exploration of high pulse magnetic field technology,safe and efficient operation of rail transit systems,and deep processing in the metallurgical industry,continuously demonstrating their strong application potential and value.In order to meet the demand for high airtight materials in military industry,shipbuilding,aerospace and other fields,improving the cleanness of copper alloy melt and expanding its application in high-end products have become important challenges in the industry.This piece compiles the recent developments and research trends in the domain of copper melt cleansing procedures,providing an in-depth analysis of the various purification approaches utilized in the industry.It systematically summarizes purification methods such as bubble refining,ultrasonic purification,filtration,and rare earth purification,aiming to provide valuable references for personnel engaged in scientific research related to copper and copper alloy materials.
