端进端出式可控气氛铜扁锭步进炉的设计及优化OA
Design and Optimization of Controlled Atmosphere Walking Beam Pre-Heating Furnace for Copper Slab with End-In and End-Out Handling System
本文结合自主开发的端进端出式铜扁锭加热炉的设计,简要论述了国内铜扁锭加热炉的技术现状,分析了三种进出料方式的优缺点,指出炉子方案制定和设计时需要注意的事项,对比几台步进炉的技术参数,重点介绍了端进端出式步进炉在新技术、新装备方面的开发应用.从进出料机构、炉底梁和浇铸料的施工、无水冷分块式炉门、燃烧系统的自动运行、双层框架式炉底步进机构几个方面进行详细论述,分析了新型步进炉的结构特点、设计依据和使用效果及优缺点,概括性的评价了新型加热炉的技术水平,并提出该炉型在以后设计过程中,在炉底分仓浇铸、泵站节能降噪、助燃风机配置以及出料机油缸同步和水冷梁等几个方面需要改进的地方.
This paper combines the design of a domestically developed end-fed copper flat ingot heating furnace to briefly discuss the current technical status of domestic copper flat ingot heating furnaces.It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of three feeding and discharging methods,points out key considerations in furnace design and planning,compares the technical parameters of several walking beam furnaces,and focuses on the development and application of end-fed walking beam furnaces in terms of new technologies and equipment.Detailed discussions are provided on the feeding and discharging mechanism,the construction of the furnace floor beam and pouring materials,the water-free segmented furnace door,the automatic operation of the combustion system,and the double-layer frame-type furnace floor walking mechanism.The structural characteristics,design basis,usage effects,and pros and cons of the new walking beam furnace are analyzed.A comprehensive evaluation of the technical level of the new heating furnace is summarized,and suggestions for improvement in future designs are proposed,including furnace floor compartmentalized pouring,energy-saving and noise-reducing pump stations,auxiliary burner fan configurations,and synchronous operation of discharging oil cylinders with water-cooled beams.
