右美托咪定对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停患者治疗效果观察OA

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of dexmedetomidine in patients with obstructive sleep apnea based on clinical practice experience.Methods:A total of 86 patients with obstructive sleep apnea admitted to Huairou Hospital of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2022 to January 2025 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using the envelope procurement method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received intravenous infusion of physiological saline,while the observation group received dexmedetomidine for anesthesia induction and maintenance.Visual Analog Scale(VAS)was used to assess the degree of pain in patients at different time points after surgery.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to evaluate the sleep quality of two groups of patients before and af-ter treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups of patients.Results:There was no sta-tistically significant difference in VAS scores between the observation group patients at 4 hours and 48 hours after surgery(P＞0.05);The VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 12 and 24 hours after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.001);The PSQI scores of postoperative sleep quality in the observa-tion group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after surgery(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine can alleviate the pain,improve sleep quality in patients with obstructive sleep apnea,and has a high safety profile,warranting further promotion and application.
