低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗轻中度抑郁症伴睡眠障碍的效果研究OA

Objective:To explore the intervention effect of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in patients with mild-to-moderate depression accompanied by sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 480 patients with mild-to-moderate depression and sleep disorders admitted to Deyang People's Hospital from June 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 240 cases in each group.The control group received medication as prescribed by the physician along with sham low-frequency rTMS.The obser-vation group received medication combined with low-frequency rTMS.Both groups underwent an intervention period of 4 weeks.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)were used to compare sleep quality and depression severity between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total PSQI score,all dimension scores,and the HAMD score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation not only improves sleep disorders in patients with mild-to-moderate depression but also effective-ly alleviates depressive symptoms,making it worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
