肌电生物反馈疗法联合目标化康复指导路径对脑梗死患者睡眠的影响OA
Effect of Electromyographic Biofeedback Therapy Combined with a Targeted Rehabilitation Guidance Pathway on Sleep in Patients with Cerebral Infarction
目的:探究肌电生物反馈疗法联合目标化康复指导路径对脑梗死患者睡眠的影响.方法:选取2023年6月至2025年6月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院康复医学科收治的脑梗死患者100例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组进行目标化康复指导路径干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合肌电生物反馈疗法干预,干预2个月.比较2组睡眠情况[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]、情绪状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、肌电指标[额肌肌电均值(AEMG)]及不良事件.结果:干预后,2组PSQI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分及AEMG均降低,且观察组均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).2组不良事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:肌电生物反馈疗法联合目标化康复指导路径干预模式,可改善脑梗死患者睡眠质量,缓解负性情绪,放松肌肉,且安全性良好.
Objective:To explore the effect of electromyographic(EMG)biofeedback therapy combined with a targeted rehabilita-tion guidance pathway on sleep in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction ad-mitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,The First Hospital of Quanzhou Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using the random num-ber table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received a targeted rehabilitation guidance pathway intervention,while the observation group received additional EMG biofeedback therapy on this basis.The intervention lasted for 2 months.Sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)],emotional status[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)],EMG indicators[average electromyographic amplitude of the frontalis muscle(AEMG)],and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,PSQI,SAS,SDS scores,and AEMG values decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:EMG biofeedback therapy combined with a targeted rehabilitation guidance pathway can effectively improve sleep quality,alleviate negative emotions,and promote muscle relaxation in patients with cerebral infarction,with good safety.
