氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合劳拉西泮片对失眠症患者睡眠质量及心理情绪的影响OA

Objective:To observe the effects of flupentixol-melitracen combined with lorazepam tablets on sleep quality and psy-chological emotions in patients with insomnia.Methods:A total of 60 patients with insomnia admitted to the Hospital of Central China Normal University from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a con-trol group and an observation group using the double-ball randomization method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received lorazepam tablets,while the observation group received flupentixol-melitracen combined with lorazepam tablets.Sleep quality,psychological emotions,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with before treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores in both groups decreased after treatment(P＜0.05),and were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the negative emotion scores of the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule(PANAS)decreased in both groups,and were lower in the observation group than in the control group,while the positive emotion scores increased in both groups,and were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclu-sion:Flupentixol-melitracen combined with lorazepam tablets can effectively improve sleep quality and psychological emotions in patients with insomnia,with good safety.
